India doesn’t have a formal framework to bring India’s BIM users together. Most of the BIM implementation that is happening in India is happening without a formal setup. There is no training in place to demonstrate the proper use of the various tools. At the client end a lot of the benefits are not being realized. This is due to improper implementation of BIM. Currently BIM usage and implementation in India is very fragmented and this is leading to more instances of failure in BIM implementation.
